Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment 

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Geniki Taxydromiki with tracking and drop-off. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

The delivery time is 1 to 2 business days for Greece, depend on the geographical destination and 4 to 5 working days for Europe.

Orders made on weekdays until 11:00 a.m. delivered in the same day (provided that the product is available in stock). Orders made on holidays or weekends running the first business day immediately.

If there is no possibility of sending the order, due to supply shortage, etc., within three days we will contact you to advise you of the estimated ship date.

The company is not responsible for the delivery to the wrong address. The customer is responsible for and bear the cost for resending or refund orders due to incorrect address.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Shipping costs

The cost of transport is modulated according to the destination and cost:

Shipping in Greece

There is no minimum order amount.

For orders up to €50 shipment cost is €7.

For orders over €50 there is no shipment cost.

Shipping to the rest of Europe

Minimum order amount: €50

Return

The customer has the right to return the products purchased within 1 working day from the date of receipt. In this case imposes an €6,00 for returning products.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received, without violating the packaging along with the sales receipt or invoice.

To avoid further suffering, it is good to carefully checked at the time of delivery, the condition of the products and packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects (eg wrong item, etc.).

In case of refund, and depending on how the customer chooses to pay the order and how to prepare the return, the reimbursement will be completed within 10 working days of receipt of goods.

If an order is not received or if you received a product that is either damaged or faulty, then a refund application must be submitted to skunkworks.gr within 10 days from the date of dispatch of goods.

The application form and other details must be sent via email to sales@skunkworks.gr.

Then it will take a process of investigation and if the result leads to a satisfactory conclusion of those claimed by the client, then only the defective goods can be returned.

In case you need to replace or refund because the product is not the choice of the customer or were not as expected, then the shipping costs and other charges will be borne by him. To complete the process must first received the products from skunkworks.gr in original condition shipped.

The following options are available:

Credits: Proper account will be credited with the amount of the transaction and the value currency that is selected in the day you made the transaction.

Return: If you will be refunded will be effected in the same manner as payment was made.

Returns are not accepted if the client has changed his mind about the purchase.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order (in whole or in part) should be sent to e-mail to sales@skunkworks.gr or fax to 2109516513. This option is available until the moment you ‘ll be informed about the shipping. After that time the cancellation is not possible.

Miscellaneous

1. If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes etc.) can not deliver the products within the specified time, you will be informed via e-mail, so if you wish to, under these conditions, the completion of the order.

2. Where the quantities delivered proven defective product you have the right of return with the possibility of replacing it with our shipping or return your money.
